I bring 18+ years of real-world leadership experience, backed by deep academic training in business management, organizational development, leadership, and psychology. I hold two undergraduate degrees, two master’s degrees, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Psychology, with over $125,000 invested in formal education and a personal library of 320+ books on leadership, psychology, coaching, and business.
I’ve led across nine diverse organizations, guided thousands of people, and earned top recognition as the #1 leader of a 750-person organization, a 38,000-person organization, and a 315,000-person organization. I don’t coach from theory or hype. I help small business owners turn low productivity, quality issues, and behavioral problems into clear direction, accountability, and measurable performance.
